Returns
If an item isn’t the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

Wolff Blitz Interior does not cover the cost for return shipping. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping charge can vary between € 100,- and € 200,-. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

Canceling the order
At Wolff Blitz Interior, you can cancel your order at almost any time. There is no charge for canceling an order.

Canceling customized products
As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, within 24 hours, we can cancel the order. Post 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. There will be no cancellation fee prior to the 24 hours!

We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we’ll be able to do it. If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!

Complaints
As a client of Wolff Blitz Interior, you can rest assured that your purchase will be delivered to you correctly and without damage. Is this not the case? Then we are sincerely sorry.

If you have still a complaint or a defect that you would like to report to us, you can easily report by e-mail. You can report complaints about any subject, whether it concerns our products, or our services, any complaint is welcome. You will receive a substantive response from us within 5 working days after receipt of your complaint.

In order to be able to claim under the guarantee, you must report immediately noticeable defects to us by e-mail on a service form, accompanied by photographs or videos. You can send all the informtation to info@wolffblitzinterior.com.
