Delivery and shipping

Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. Shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium is free.

Processing and shipping your orders
For each item, the delivery method is different. Small items like pillows and/or pouf we send with PostNL. Larger items like sofas and/or rugs are usually delivered by our own delivery service. In that case, we will make an appointment for delivery by telephone. The other orders will be delivered to you by PostNL.

Shipping of small items
Have you ordered a stock item before 15:00? We will ship your order the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next working day. The delivery time of the package is usually 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a track and trace code that allows you to follow the status of the package.

Delivery time design furniture
The delivery time is different for each piece of furniture. The period in which your order is ready for shipment is indicated when you purchase the product. For all the products in our webshop, an estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. When that date approaches, we will contact you to confirm definite arrangements for the date of delivery 3-5 days before. 

We will make every effort to keep you informed. Always provide the best number to contact you directly on, as we provide it to our delivery team for them to be able to contact you when they are approaching your location.

– Armchairs: 4 to 6 weeks
– Rocking chairs: 4 to 6 weeks

On delivery
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order.

On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can access to the room that the furniture is going into. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. Our delivery team will unpack your furniture, install it in the room of your choice. Unfortunately, we are not able to take away your old furniture and packaging materials.

The customer is responsible for making the room of his choice as accessible for the delivery team as possible, as the delivery team will not be held accountable for any damages caused to the property.
